Who are we?
How do we intend promoting engineering careers for girls and women?
We intend to achieve this by providing information on engineering education and the profession, arranging counseling through personal contacts, seminars, talks, workshops etc., acting as role models for the female child, developing links with and participating in schemes that encourage girl science education eg. GES Science, Technology and Mathematics Education (STME) clinic.
Our VISION
To be the leading female engineering association that encourages females to achieve their fullest potential no matter their ethnic origin or social background.

Empowering females in the study and practice of Engineering to position them to soar higher and take advantage of opportunities in the sector.

To ensure the provision of equal opportunities for both genders in their pursuit of engineering careers.
